Working closely with her sales and marketing teams, Maria has implemented strategic initiatives that boosted channel performance and streamlined commercial operations. She is also a passionate advocate for her community, actively supporting local programs aimed at empowering Hispanic/Latino business owners and driving economic growth across Five Star Painting’s commercial markets in Northern Virginia.

Kristyn began her journey with Five Star Painting of Manassas behind the scenes, offering support and expertise as the business grew. She officially joined the team in 2022 as Head of Corporate Communications, where she oversees HR initiatives, internal communications, and employee engagement. With a background in teaching, public speaking, business development, and communication management, Kristyn brings a well-rounded skill set to her role. A published writer and musician with multiple awards for creativity in poetry and music, she uses her talents to foster a positive company culture and strengthen connections within the Five Star Painting community.

Loren joined Five Star Painting of Manassas in January of 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from collaborative roles in videography, live audio engineering, and serving as Director of Operations at his own recording studio, Blank Tape Studios. Now serving as Head of Estimation, Loren applies his analytical skills and attention to detail to accurately assess project requirements and deliver precise, reliable estimates. His leadership and commitment to excellence ensure that clients receive clear, thorough proposals and that projects are executed professionally from start to finish. Loren’s passion for continuous learning makes him a valuable resource, helping clients select the best products and processes to achieve their desired results. As a part of the Five Star Painting of Manassas Team, Loren is always doing his best to ensure that the quality of results represents the Five Star standard and reflects the level of professionalism that accompanies the work.

Ingrid joined Five Star Painting in 2022 and quickly established herself as an indispensable asset to the team in her role as Head of Finance. Specializing in accounts receivable, Ingrid ensures that every transaction is meticulously tracked, recorded, and reconciled, contributing to the financial integrity and success of the organization. Her rigorous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy guarantee that revenue streams are properly accounted for, from initial deposits to final payments. Ingrid’s dedication to excellence and precision makes her a trusted steward of the company’s financial health, ensuring that every dollar is accounted for and supporting sound financial decision-making.

Jerald acquired Five Star Painting with his business partners in 2020 when the previous owner moved on to other ventures. Jerald has 30 years of business development and operations experience working with Fortune 50 organizations, large corporations, and start-up companies in the areas of human resources, safety and compliance, marketing, advertising, sales, strategic planning, business development and employee management and is a co-owner of Blank Tape Studios a music recording studio. Jerald works together with the team to continually deliver Five Star quality work and only the best results throughout the market.

Hallie joined Five Star Painting as Head of Social in early 2024, bringing her creative expertise and strategic vision to the forefront of the company's online presence. With a strong foundation in content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement, Hallie crafts compelling social media campaigns that amplify the Five Star Painting brand. Her keen eye for aesthetics and deep understanding of digital trends allow her to curate content that resonates with clients, enhances brand visibility, and drives meaningful interactions. Jerald II joined Five Star Painting in August 2024, bringing expertise in commercial production and national advertising to his role as Head of Marketing and Lead Generation. Leveraging his background in producing high-impact campaigns, Jerald drives growth through strategic leadership in SEO, PPC, and lead generation, ensuring consistent, high-quality leads that fuel the company’s success.
