Five Star Painting completed the interior painting of my home recently. From start to finish, this project was professionally handled. The initial walk through and painting color selection was not rushed. Color swatches were available to aid in selection. A start date was selected, and painting crew arrived on time and ready to work each day. I knew from day one this team was amazing. We first met 5-Star at the Tacoma Home Show. This is the third time we have used their services. (Second time for interior painting). We had need for 2 bathrooms to be painted. One had been previously painted and had mold issues on the walls and ceiling. After serious cleaning of the mold and a moisture check to be sure there was any unknown water issues, we went back to Five Star. They arrived when they said they would, got started immediately after a site review, began with protective equipment placer on stairs and hallways. Job was completed in a little over 1 day. We are very pleased with the results.

We really appreciate the oversight throughout the entire job. There is an initial assessment of the scope of the job ( including a cost estimate in writing), then a visit by the manager on the first day of the job and again at the finish to assure satisfaction. The staff is accessible and professional. This is our third project with Five Star: two interior ceiling repairs due to water damage and one exterior house painting. We highly recommend Five Star Painting!
