I recently had the pleasure of working with 5 Star Painting to paint two entire floors of my house. From the initial estimate to the final walk through the whole experience was outstanding. Kurt was my primary contact on the project and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. His communication was clear and timely, and he was always available to answer any questions or address any concern. Not only did Kurt ensure everything ran smoothly with the painting crew he also coordinated additional resources to address issues that required carpentry and finish work. The actual painting crew was led by Francisco who was equally impressive. His attention to detail and the quality of the painting was exceptional. Francisco and his team executed our vision perfectly and we are extremely pleased with the results of their work and finally Lisa, the last member of Kurt’s team, did a final walk through to ensure that every concern that I might have was addressed. In our new home, 5 Star painting representatives were meticulous, assisting us with decisions about paint and trim and ceilings and door jams. They walked through the house before we painted, carefully noting each choice we made and offering invaluable feedback. They also helped us make some changes to the plan to meet our budget. As they began the painting, they noted some door jams and baseboards whose color did not fully harmonize. They stopped the painting temporarily, and allowed us to make better decisions and refinements, working with us carefully and advising us, resulting in the best outcome. They were courteous, professional, kind, and prompt, and competitively priced. This is an outstanding, personalized organization, who go above and beyond expectations.
